Here at Cardinal we are not only proud of what we do, but the people that do it. We (in our humble opinion) think that work with the best of the best, and we recognize them each year with special Awards of Excellence. The winners are nominated by their fellow employees because of their outstanding work, which makes them that much more special.
The three awards are:
The Brown Yanowitz Customer First award: This award pays tribute to Chris Brown, former CFO at Cardinal, and Bennett Yanowitz, former Cardinal board member and early investor and advisor. Both men died unexpectedly in 2012-2013, leaving a huge void at Cardinal. They were dedicated, hardworking, and cherished by the Cardinal family. They represented all the qualities that we want to continue to carry on in their memory. This award is given to the employee that continues to grow Cardinal and puts our customers first with everything they do. They use their experience to promote teamwork so that we can produce the best possible product for our customers.
The Cardinal innovation award for technology: This award is given to the employee that is always looking for a better way to improve our processes – that makes things easier for both Cardinal and our customers, so everybody wins! When you think of the person that receives this award, you think of a team player and someone you can depend on to get things done right and on time.
The Cardinal Champion award for Inspiration and spirit: Who’s the biggest cheerleader of them all? This award is given to a true ambassador of Cardinal and what we do. They know in their heart that not all 3DS providers are created equal, and what differentiates us is the spirit of our people. They go the extra mile, inspire us all with their work and positive attitude, and are committed to making Cardinal a better place.
We’d like to congratulate this year’s winners, as well as nominees, for being chosen.
