Vice President, Global Customer Services
Eric Goodman is Vice President, Global Customer Services for CardinalCommerce. In this role, Eric focuses on Technical Sales, Customer Support and the implementation of market-leading eCommerce and mCommerce solutions for Cardinal's network of merchants and financial institutions.
Starting his career with Cardinal in 2005, Eric has been involved in many aspects of the organization, including sales, direct Customer support and Channel Alliances. During his time at Cardinal, Eric has played a critical role in creating Cardinal's Merchant Support and Implementation strategy, as well as continually assisting Cardinal team members to grow within the organization under his leadership. Eric provides a balance between business and technology and has played a vital part in driving new business for Cardinal.
Eric Goodman attended Kent State University, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing.
